online ordering easy and convenient. no communications (other than automated acknowledgment of the initial order form), so I couldn’t tell if/when the order was fulfilled. no way to contact vendor (no answer to phone calls, voicemail inbox always full, no response to online inquiry). finally, 5 days after target delivery date, I received email notice that item had been delivered. recipient informed me the item was delivered by Uber, but because the Uber service did not mention the nature of the delivery, she initially suspected a scam, lol! nice products, but communication is lacking.
